Blended polyol is mainly used for specific polyurethane foam products produced by mass machinery.The main components of the blended polyol are as follows: 

(1) Polyether (or polyester) polyol are available in a single form or in combination with polyols of various specifications;

 (2) Polymer polyol;

 (3) Crosslinking agent, usually a low molecular glycol; 

(4) Catalysts, mostly compound catalyst systems; 

(5) Blowing agent; 

(6) Foam stabilizer and cell opener;

 (7) Auxiliaries such as anti-aging agent and combustion-supporting agent; 

(8) Color paste, etc.The main raw materials of blended polyol are one or more polyols and polymer polyols, which are fed into the mixing kettle in proportion from several storage tanks and metering pumps, under the protection of 40~50℃ and dry nitrogen. Stirring, various auxiliary agents are sequentially metered into the mixing kettle through the storage tank and the measuring cylinder, and then put into the adjusting kettle after mixing, and the necessary fine adjustments are made according to the actual needs and the gap of the batch mixing.
